AI Agents: Master the Future! A Beginner's Guide 101 2

Alright, shutterbugs! Let’s face it: you’re juggling lenses, chasing light, and crafting visual stories that blow minds. The last thing you need is to be wrestling with overflowing hard drives, praying they don’t crash and take your precious shots with them. Word to your mother, it’s time to ditch the physical storage struggle and step into the future with cloud storage solutions. I’m talking backups, accessibility, and peace of mind – all served up in one sweet digital package.

Why? Because in today’s digital landscape, relying solely on physical media is like relying on a flip phone in 2024. It’s clunky, unreliable, and frankly, holding you back. I get that you want to own something, however, what if you can’t get it, or, more importantly, use it?

Why You (Yes, YOU!) Need AI Agents Cloud Storage Solutions

Think of cloud storage solutions like supercharged digital lockers in the sky. Instead of lugging around external drives, you’re stashing your files on a network of servers, accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. It’s the ultimate freedom, allowing you to:

  • Access your photos from any device, anywhere. Laptop fried? No sweat. Edit on your tablet while chilling in a coffee shop.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with clients and colleagues. No more emailing massive files back and forth. Share links and get instant feedback.
  • Protect your work from data loss. Hard drives crash. Coffee spills. Natural disasters happen. The cloud keeps your files safe and sound.
  • Scale your storage as you grow. No more buying new drives every few months. Expand your cloud storage solutions when you need more space. It’s pay-as-you-go, baby!

Think of it like this: remember music? You can listen to ANY music you want, for a small monthly fee. Why? CLOUD! These services are called ‘cloud storage’ services for a reason.

Deciphering the Cloud Storage Jargon: A No-BS Glossary

Before we dive into the best AI Agents cloud storage solutions for photographers, let’s decode some of the common lingo:

  • Cloud Storage: Obvious, but let’s make it crystal clear. It’s storing your data (photos!) on remote servers managed by a provider (like Google, Amazon, or specialized services).
  • Bandwidth: Think of bandwidth as the size of the pipe that carries your data to and from the cloud. More bandwidth = faster uploads and downloads.
  • Encryption: This is the secret sauce that keeps your data safe. Encryption scrambles your files so that only authorized users (you!) can access them. It’s like putting your files in a digital safe with a super complicated lock.
  • API (Application Programming Interface): APIs allow different software programs to talk to each other. For example, an API might let your photo editing software directly upload files to your cloud storage. It’s like a translator for computers.
  • Syncing: Syncing automatically keeps your files consistent across all your devices and the cloud. Changes you make on your laptop are instantly reflected on your tablet and the cloud.

Choosing the Right Cloud Storage Solutions for Your Masterpieces

Alright, so you’re sold on the idea of cloud storage. Now comes the important question: which service should you choose? There’s, like, a million of them (okay, maybe not a million, but a lot). It all comes down to your specific needs and budget. Here’s a breakdown of factors to consider:

  • Storage Capacity: Start by estimating how much space you actually need. Think about your current photo library, plus future growth. Most providers offer various tiers with different storage limits.
  • Pricing: Cloud storage solutions range from free (with limited storage) to premium (with tons of space and advanced features). Compare pricing plans and look for any hidden fees (like bandwidth overages). You can often get a lower price if you pay anually.
  • Speed: Nobody wants to wait forever for their photos to upload or download. Test the upload and download speeds of different providers before committing.
  • Security: Look for providers with strong encryption and security measures. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a must-have. It means you need your password and use another form of identification, like a code on you phone. Extra protection for your files!
  • Features: Some cloud storage solutions offer features specifically designed for photographers, like image previews, version control, and collaboration tools.
  • Ease of Use: A clunky interface can be a real pain in the neck. Choose a provider with a user-friendly platform that you actually enjoy using.

Hot AI Agents Cloud Storage Solutions for Photographers

Here are a few top contenders in the AI Agents cloud storage solutions arena, playing with the best features and a few gotchas:

  1. Adobe Creative Cloud: (Price varies on plan)

    • Example: Perfect for casual photographers who want to easily back up and share photos with friends and family.
  3. Dropbox: (Free up to 2GB, paid plans available)

    • Pro: Easy to use and shareable. Great for collaboration and file sharing.

    • Example: Great for photographers who want to build websites using the same vendor.

Case Study Time: How Cloud Storage Solutions Saved the Day

Let’s look at a real-world example. I once worked with a wedding photographer. In his field, your livelihood depends on keeping the data safe. A drive decided to crash days before his files had to be delivered. Good thing he was following this lesson in AI Agents cloud storage solutions! He uploaded his files to Google Drive. After this debacle, he decided to follow this lesson with Adobe, so he can enjoy working in an integrated workflow.

Setting Up Your AI Agents Cloud Storage Solutions: Step-by-Step

Alright, you’ve picked your AI Agents cloud storage solutions. Time to get things rolling! Here’s a basic rundown of the setup process:

  1. Create an Account: Head over to the provider’s website and sign up for an account.
  2. Download the App (if applicable): Many providers offer desktop and mobile apps for easy file syncing and access. This is how the magic happens!
  3. Choose Your Sync Settings: Decide which folders you want to automatically sync to the cloud. Be strategic – syncing everything can eat up bandwidth and storage space quickly.
  4. Initial Upload: Start uploading your existing photo library to the cloud. This can take a while, especially with large files, so be patient.
  5. Set Up Backups: Configure your system to automatically back up your photos to the cloud on a regular basis. This ensures that your work is always protected.

Pro Tips for Maximizing Your Cloud Storage

  • Organize your photos: This is the perfect time to declutter and organize your photo library. Delete duplicates and rename files for easy searching.
  • Optimize your images: Before uploading, compress your images to reduce file size without sacrificing too much quality.
  • Use strong passwords: Protect your account with a unique and complex password. Enable two-factor authentication for extra security.
  • Monitor your storage usage: Keep an eye on your storage usage to avoid exceeding your limits and incurring extra fees.
  • Test your backups: Regularly test your backups to ensure that they’re working properly. There’s nothing worse than discovering that your backups are corrupted when you need them most.

The Future is Cloudy, and That’s a Good Thing!

With AI Agents cloud storage solutions, we become so much more mobile. In this age, keeping your photos (and anything, really!) safe is the name of the game, and cloud storage continues to evolve, offering photographers smarter, faster, and more secure ways to manage their precious work. So, ditch the hard drives and embrace the cloud! I promise you won’t regret it. Time to focus on creating amazing images, not worrying about losing them. Peace out!

  1. Loved the easy of using Phidata. Among all the Agent frameworks available today, which do you think is the best for a production environment?

    1. Phidata
    2. Autogen
    3. LangChain
    4. Llama-index

  2. I am getting issue httpx.ConnectError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self-signed certificate in certificate chain (_ssl.c:1028) . Do we need to additional setup

  3. I am working in a fashion Retail company and want to build my own model to generate sales demand forecast, advanced purchase orede requirements.
Any template I should refer please help here. @codebasics #codebasics

  4. What’s the difference between having a team of agents vs just one agent with both DuckDuckGo tool and Yahoo finance tool? Feels like hallucinations due to overlapping info could be one reason?

  5. If we need to make a biological analogy, can we call agent as a brain with a body? As in a body, brain is what gives the intelligence but the body parts (hands, legs, eyes) do the actual work or bring in the inputs? Also the human is only as effective and smart as the brain is irrespective of how good their body is

    Thoughts?

  6. Great tutorial – explains the basics very clearly 👍
An additional useful info to complete the loop is an explanation of how agents like YFinanceTool are created and who creates them? Are these regular APIs provided by external services wrapped inside a Python function?

  7. Everyone is talking about AI agents… but none of them are showing how a client /customer will be using it..

Will it be an app or a website ??

I feel the AI agents are like NFT’s and cryptos… too much hype and them disappear

  8. Great video as always. I have been a fan. Quick feedback: You are falling behind in GenAI , AI Engineering videos. AI automation, agents, inference tuning, fine tuning, RAG, Agentic AI, etc. The reason i give feedback is , you have a gift to explain complex topics easily.

  9. Hello , I am facing issue with this error message The model `llama3-groq-70b-8192-tool-use-preview` has been decommissioned even though I have specified "llama-3.3-70b-versatile" as my model. I am using Python3.13 version. Can that be a problem?

  10. phi is not working with python version 3.11.9

I also had 3.13 earlier, it was not working still.

Seems like something cchanged in python which made phi incompatible

  11. Your coverage of every phase in Generative AI is incredibly informative and superbly detailed. Thank you for sharing your valuable information.

  12. I am a Digital Marketing Specialist and I want to learn coding to automate task by building AI agents. What do you suggest which language should I learn first?

  13. The example you give about the ‘agent’ having memory of previous pizza orders, this doesn’t require ‘agentic’ AI to do this. A simple CRM lookup on initiation will find this information, and you can specify with rules what to do in which scenario. You can also initiate the weather feature in a traditional chatbot (but why you’d want to do that I have no idea). An agent needs four core components: Reactivity (sensing and acting in its environment), Autonomy (which you mention), Goal orientation (being proactive and purposeful) and Temporally Continuous (persisting over time).

  14. Hi, I want your help in creating this. I have no idea how to write a code or AI in depth. i am a user. here is what I am looking for – "i want to create an AI agent or multiple AI agents that can analyze companies in which I want to invest in the Indian stock market. create an independent investment report like the large investment firms release every quarter for the companies they track. this bot should be able to run through the internet to collect all kinds of information about the company like yearly reports, financial reports, industry prospects, concall, news, websites that publish their independent reports, and something written about the company not in the news but on some other platforms like blogs or Quora or anything. this bot should act as my financial advisor telling me should I buy the shares or no, at what price should I buy, its growth prospects in short term, medium term and long term etc." can you help me in making it.

  15. To those who can't afford OpenAI API key
use this as instructions instead : instructions=["If a company is found to be NOT a public company use get_company_symbol tool.",
    "Use tables to display data."]
    This should work.

  16. i was using groq api to use llama model and made the web and finance agent but when i use the agent team response it is giving and error.
i looked into it the update agent function is defaulting to openaichat() and cannot understand how to use the groq is this something you guys are also getting

  17. I did pip install phidata, but the module does not seem to have phi.agent in there, and I can't seem to run even the first import line without an error. Anyone face this?

Edit: I fixed the issue! It turned out to be because of the interpreter in pycharm that I was using. To check if your issue is the same as mine, try running the file in the terminal. For me, running it through the terminal worked, but I kept getting Module Not Found error in Pycharm. I tried changing the python interpreter, but ultimately I gave up and switched ide to cursor, which worked. Hopefully this helps someone save some time!

  18. @codebasics I truly appreciate the quality of your platform and the exceptional curation of your courses. I am going through your SQL course, and I was impressed by how well-structured and insightful it was. It would be amazing if you could create a detailed course on Generative AI and Agentic AI. Your expertise will help us. Thank you!

  19. You are very visionary in dubbing your videos into Spanish, this is very important to gather a large audience in the world and with a lot of potential. Excellent 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  20. Thank you so much , do you need be full blown developer to develop AI agnt , I have beginner level python coding skills . thanks also can you recommend any training

  21. @codebasics. You are very right Sir. Sometimes, you have to run the app at least thrice with the same inputs before it works. It usually throws exception. All your contents are super quality!

  22. Hi, I’m trying to install phidata on my Mac. I followed the installation steps, but when I try to verify the installation by checking the version in the terminal, I get a "ModuleNotFoundError."

If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, please let me know. Thank you!
